He was handed a dream job on a silver platter following his less than impressive appearance as a contestant on the first series of Australian Idol. He was actually a really good host too, which is a shame. In a drunken moment, it is all over. Surely following Kelly Cavuoto’s sacking as a result of a drunken outburst at the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards in 2004, he should know better? It will be interesting to see what he does now…he is allegedly taking some time off to concentrate on his music career – hmmm good luck with that one.
